I've been actively involved in virtually every element of the Real Estate Industry since 1982. In the mid 80's I ranked within the Top 20 of Re/max agents in California. From the late 80's to the mid 90's I owned and operated the franchise known as Re/Max Ocean West. I was broker of multiple new home communities, briefly operated a mortgage brokerage, and pursued my CCIM designation before jumping headlong into real estate development and construction.
Over these many years I've carved a wonderful niche here in this amazing seaside community and surrounding area. I specialize in the downtown market and vacation rentals, but am superbly qualified to assist you in any and all real estate services.

Patrick has been a local Central Coast Realtor since Jan 1986. Specializing in residential homes, especially the luxury home market, he has been involved with numerous sales transactions from downtown Pismo Beach condos and vacant developable lots, to oceanfront estates. His emphasis in real estate is service and integrity, with a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, trends,and current housing inventory. His approach keeps him in constant contact with clients, friends, and other local professionals.
Patrick is an Army Veteran, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and has been a chairman and/or participant in many local fund-raisers. His passion for Pismo Beach was demonstrated recently, when he founded a new local apparel & accessories company called PISMODISE! This trademarked word is a combination of the words Pismo and paradise.
